Redefining digital banking experience
In this project, we redesigned the Vakıf Katılım mobile banking dashboard to enhance the user experience. The redesign emphasizes intuitive navigation and easy access to key features, allowing users to assess their financial health quickly. This transformation not only improves usability but also aims to empower users with the tools they need for effective financial management.

We partnered with the Vakıf Katılım Digital Banking Team on this project. With a comprehensive brief and prior research, we had a solid understanding of the needs. This strong foundation enabled us to efficiently design tailored solutions for the mobile banking dashboard, ensuring it met user expectations and organizational goals.

What I did
As the sole UX designer on this project, I relied on existing research to guide my work.
Since our agency previously created the Vakıf Katılım mobile application, I was responsible for a complete redesign of the dashboard.
This involved updating the design system and adding new modules, as well as refining the UI for a more cohesive and engaging user experience.
